Jim Angle

Jim Angle is senior White House correspondent for Fox News, and was the only TV journalist to accompany President Bush on his historic Thanksgiving Day trip to Baghdad to surprise the troops. Angle joined Fox in 1996, and covered the Clinton presidency from reelection to impeachment including all his foreign travels. The Village Voice praised Angle as one of the ?most fair, incisive, and informed investigative reporters on the Washington scene,? saying that Angle equals the ?standard that broadcast journalists Edward R. Murrow and Fred Friendly used to set.? Before joining Fox, Angle was a senior correspondent for ABC News and worked in public radio for 18 years. He holds a masters degree from the University of Texas and served in the military in Berlin and Vietnam.
