JULIAN E. ZELIZER, professor of history and public affairs at Princeton, is the author and editor of many books that examine U.S. political leaders, policies, and institutions since the New Deal. His latest book is “Jimmy Carter,” and he is also the author of “Arsenal of Democracy: The Politics of National Security–From World War II to the War on Terrorism.” Zelizer was featured on the History Channel show, “Great Moments on the Campaign Trail,” which was awarded an Emmy in 2008. A book signing will follow his Forum.
