China's continued success, despite the global financial crisis of 2008, has focused world attention on what China will do next. BRANTLY WOMACK, U.Va. Cumming Memorial Professor of Foreign Affairs, will analyze the recent changes in China's international position. He is the editor of “China’s Rise in Historical Perspective,” based on a 2009 Miller Center seminar series and the author of “China Among Unequals: Asymmetric International Relationships in Asia.” A book signing will follow his Forum.
