October 26, 2012 - October 27, 2012

“Recasting Presidential History” seeks to jump start a new generation of scholarship about the presidency by inviting leading scholars from a variety of historical and social science subdisciplines to "bring the presidency back in." For more information on the conference and for a list of participants, please visit the conference web page

The conference is sponsored by the Miller Center, with support from the American Political History Institute at Boston University. We are pleased that the panel focused on the Presidency and the World will be this year’s Ambassador William C. Battle Symposium on American Diplomacy.
