November 30, 1963
Source: Lyndon Baines Johnson Library and Museum

The Johnson family, from left, Lynda, Luci, President Lyndon Johnson, and Lady Bird Johnson took a family portrait at the White House in November 1963. Both Luci and Lynda were married during their father's presidency. The extended family often retreated to the family ranch in Texas to escape from the challenging political environment of Johnson's presidency. LBJ Library photo by Yoichi R. Okamoto.
