Stettinius, Jr., Professor in the Woodrow Wilson Department of Politics at the University of Virginia specializing in American foreign policy in the Middle East. Dr. Quandt is a frequent contributor to academic journals and served as a consultant to ABC News during the Gulf War. He is also the author of several books on politics and American diplomacy in the Middle East.
