Description: USA Today reporter and Washington Week commentator Joan Biskupic, author of Sandra Day O'Connor: How the First Woman on the Supreme Court Became Its Most Influential Justice, is joined by Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson in a discussion evaluating O'Connor's legacy. Biskupic, who holds a law degree from Georgetown University, won the Everette Dirksen award for Distinguished Reporting on Congress for her coverage of the Clarence Thomas confirmation hearings. Judge Wilkinson, a graduate of Yale University and the University of Virginia School of Law, was appointed to the court by President Reagan.
