Description:

Rob Spencer is Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Litigation and Compliance at Lockheed Martin Corporation. He joined Lockheed Martin in 2006 after serving as an Assistant U.S.Attorney in the United States Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Virginia. There, Spencer prosecuted terrorism and espionage cases, including United States v. Zacarias Moussaoui, and served as Co-Chief of the Assistant Attorney General's 9/11 Task Force. He was twice awarded the Attorney General's Award for Excellence in Furthering the Interests of U.S. National Security. He has taught trial advocacy and forensics at George Washington University and the FBI Academy in Quantico, Va.
