MARTIN S. INDYK served two tenures as U.S. Ambassador to Israel, and is currently acting Vice President and Director of Foreign Policy at the Brookings Institution’s Saban Center for Middle East Policy. A former Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs during the Clinton administration, he now focuses on that administration’s diplomacy and the Arab-Israeli conflict.
