Attorney and author JOHN W. WHITEHEAD has written, debated, and practiced widely in the area of constitutional law and human rights. In 1982, he established the Rutherford Institute, a nonprofit civil liberties and human rights organization whose international headquarters are located in Charlottesville, Va. Whitehead, who serves as the Institute’s President and spokesperson, writes a weekly commentary for the Rutherford Institute’s web site (www.rutherford.org). A book signing will follow his Forum.
