The people behind the project
Chrissy Linsinbigler
Chrissy Linsinbigler is the project facilitator for the Project on Democracy and Capitalism at the Miller Center, providing administrative oversight and managing day to day functions of the Project. She previously managed a humanities research lab, led student engagement efforts, and managed other special projects for UVA’s Karsh Institute of Democracy. Before coming to UVA, she coordinated logistics and communications for a high-volume internship program for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). She holds a BA in English Literature and Classical Studies from Christopher Newport University and an MEd in Higher Education Administration from the College of William & Mary.
Thomas Roberts
Thomas Roberts is a research and content specialist for the Project on Democracy and Capitalism at the Miller Center. Before joining the Miller Center, he worked as an analyst at Goldman Sachs. He holds a BA in Foreign Affairs and Master of Public Policy from the University of Virginia.
Sarah Emily Waldinger
Sarah Emily is the administrative assistant for the Project on Democracy and Capitalism. She holds a BA from Roanoke College and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Virginia. Sarah Emily is a Teach for America alumna and taught in Birmingham, Alabama before moving to Charlottesville.
