The JFK 100 Centennial celebration is officially in full-swing, with a slate of weekend events at the JFK Library that will culminate in a daylong celebration Monday for what would have been John F. Kennedy’s 100th birthday. Amid the festivities, the Globe spoke with Barbara A. Perry, presidential studies director at the University of Virginia Miller Center and author of “Rose Kennedy: The Life and Times of a Political Matriarch.”
