Robert Myers, a journalist and former CIA annalist, relates his findings for his book on American foreign policy. In this forum Myers focuses on the concept of a ?just war?. Myers first tells the story of St. Augustine, and lays out his philosophy. Using Augustine?s philosophy as groundwork, Myers evaluates the legality of various wars.
