Event Details

David Maraniss, associate editor of the Washington Post, and critically acclaimed author of three best-selling books (biographies of Vince Lombardi, and Bill Clinton, and a major work on Vietnam), will provide an assessment of the 2004 presidential nominating conventions and the campaign. Maraniss has won virtually every major award in journalism during his 26-year career at the Post, including the 1993 Pulitzer Prize for his articles on the life and career of Bill Clinton. A Wisconsin native, Maraniss attended the University of Wisconsin.
