How will China address domestic policy issues regarding Tibet, as well as regional concerns posed by nations such as North Korea and Taiwan? Michael Swaine (Carnegie Endowment for International Peace) joined Professor Evelyn Rawski (University of Pittsburgh) to discuss new security challenges facing the emerging power.
