Colonel McGregor is currently assigned to the Center for Technology and National Security, National Defense University, Washington, D.C. From November 1997 to December 1999, Colonel McGregor served as the J5, chief of strategic planning and director, Joint Operations Center, Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers, Europe in Belgium. Macgregor?s numerous decorations include the Defense Superior Service Medal and the French Army?s La medaille d?argent de la Defense Nationale.
