Mr. Wisniewski is a member of the staff of the Polish Foreign Minister, Wlodzimierz Cimoszewicz. He is also assistant professor at the American Studies Center of Warsaw University where he teaches U.S. politics to undergraduate and graduate students. He was formerly counselor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and political counselor at the Polish Embassy in Washington.
