David Kay is a senior fellow at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. From June 2003 until January 2004, Mr. Kay was special advisor to the Director of Central Intelligence in the search for Iraqi Weapons of Mass Destruction. He also has served as the UN?s Chief Nuclear Weapons Inspector.
