The Miller Center is delighted to announce DOUGLAS A. BLACKMON as the new chair of the Forum Program. Blackmon is The Wall Street Journal's senior national correspondent and the Pulitzer-Prize winning author of "Slavery by Another Name." Governor Gerald Baliles will introduce him at a special Forum on Martin Luther King Day, January 16th. He will join the Miller Center faculty full time in February.
