Gary Johnson is an American businessman, author, politician, and the Libertarian Party nominee for president. From 1995-2003, he served as the 29th governor of New Mexico as a member of the Republican Party. He was also the Libertarian Party’s nominee for president in the 2012. Johnson will be the third presidential candidate to appear on American Forum following Governor John Kasich (Feb. 2016) and Senator Bernie Sanders (Sept. 2015).
