Homeland Security Advisor Elizabeth Sherwood-Randall discusses the formulation of the recently released, first-ever National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism with former Homeland Security Advisor Fran Townsend, a member of the Miller Center's Governing Council, and UVA Law professor Micah Schwartzman.
