They discuss the subject of United Kingdom participation in the multilateral force (MLF), with Ambassador Ormsby-Gore relaying the opinions of Prime Minister Harold Macmillan concerning the specifics of the program. The previous Nassau meeting and President Kennedy's upcoming trip to Europe are also mentioned. British Guiana is discussed near the end of the meeting, but that portion is closed pending appropriate agency reviews.
