They discuss relations between the United States and Europe, the Multilateral Force (MLF), and President Kennedy’s upcoming trip to Europe. Mr. Spaak speaks in French and is the main speaker at the meeting. President Kennedy’s interpreter can be heard only in whispers, making it difficult to discern any content.
