Peter D. Blanck, Professor of Law at Iowa College of Law, is director of the Law, Health Policy and Disability Center at the College. The Center is a leader in law, technology, education and research focusing on improving the quality of life for persons living with disabilities. The Center concentrates on public policy and its impact on persons with disabilities, with an emphasis on technology, self-determination and economic independence. Blanck has written over 100 articles in law reviews and peer-reviewed journals, and has represented clients with disabilities before the United States Supreme Court.
