Julie Bunck and Michael Fowler, both former Miller Center fellows, teach in the Department of Political Science at the University of Louisville. Bunck, formerly a Fulbright Scholar to Central America and Japan, currently serves as Louisville's Distinguished Honors Professor. Fowler, author of 4 books on law and international relations, was the first American international lawyer to teach in Vietnam and Laos and the first director of the Muhammad Ali Institute for Peacemaking and Conflict Resolution.
