G. JOHN IKENBERRY is the Albert G. Milbank Professor of Politics and International Affairs in the Department of Politics and the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, and is co-faculty director of the Princeton Project on National Security. He is the author of After Victory: Institutions, Strategic Restraint, and the Rebuilding of Order after Major Wars (2001), which won the 2002 Schroeder-Jervis Award presented by the American Political Science Association (APSA) for the best book in international history and politics. He is the author of Reasons of State: Oil Politics and the Capacities of American Government (1988), and is currently writing a book entitled Liberal Leviathan: The Origins, Crisis, and Transformation of the American SystemRSVP required by noon on Wednesday, April 6 to 434.243.8726 or gage@virginia.edu
