How Can the Nation's Intelligence Capabilities be Fixed?

Former Virginia Governor and United States Senator (and University of Virginia Law School alumnus) Charles S. Robb co-chaired with Judge Laurence H. Silberman the Presidential Commission on the Intelligence Capabilities of the United States Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction commonly known as the WMD Commission. Robb will report on the Commission's conclusion that the underlying causes of the failure to have understood Iraq's weapon's programs are still all too common. The Commission warned that the United States knows disturbingly little about the nuclear programs of many of the world's most dangerous actors.
