QUANDT will discuss the state of U.S. foreign relations. As Edward R. Stettinius Professor of Politics at U.Va., he teaches courses on the Middle East and American foreign policy. Quandt has written many books and articles, including “Peace Process: American Diplomacy and the Arab-Israeli Conflict Since 1967."
