The Miller Center will host a special Presidents Day Forum with LINDA KILLIAN on her new book "The Swing Vote: The Untapped Power of Independents." In “The Swing Vote,” Killian paints a vivid portrait of swing voters, focusing on four key swing demographic groups and states–Colorado, Ohio, New Hampshire, and Virginia–that will be critical in the 2012 election.
