Frank Sesno is senior vice president and Washington bureau chief for CNN, supervising the network?s largest news-gathering team and overseeing the bureau?s daily operations. He is also a professor of Public Policy and Communication at George Mason University where he teaches about the media and its impact on the shape and direction of public policy in America. And he is an independent filmmaker and commentator. His documentaries include ?Ronald Reagan: A Legacy Remembered? for the History Channel; ?Who Counts?? a one-hour prime-time documentary on election reform as a result of the 2000 presidential elections; and ?Jammed,? a one-hour special on sprawl, congestion, and proposals to get people moving again.
