Nicholas Eberstadt, holds the Henry Wendt Chair in political economy at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) where he researches and writes extensively on demographics and economic development generally, and on international security in the Korean peninsula and Asia. He is the author of Men Without Work: America’s Invisible Crisis and is also a commissioner on the U.S. Key National Indicators Council, and a member of the Global Agenda Council for the World Economic Forum. He researches and writes extensively on economic development, foreign aid, global health, demographics, and poverty. In 2012, he was awarded the Bradley Prize for his book A Nation of Takers: America’s Entitlement Epidemic
