Attorney RONALD GOLDFARB served on Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy's Organized Crime and Racketeering Section of the Justice Department, starting in 1961. He later served as a speechwriter for Kennedy's U.S. Senate campaign in New York, and more recently, has presided over the television production company MainStreet, hosted a weekly public television show, and produced documentaries. He writes a monthly piece for The Washington Lawyer, and is the author of In Confidence: When to Protect Secrecy and When to Require Disclosure (Yale, 2009).
