Featuring NOLAN McCARTY, Susan Dod Brown Professor of Politics and Public Affairs at Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School; BARBARA SINCLAIR, Professor Emeritus in the Department of Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles; and SID MILKIS, Assistant Director for Democracy and Governance at the Miller Center and White Burkett Miller Professor in the Politics Department at U.Va, this special panel will examine the critical, and sometimes contentious, relationship between Congress and the President.  GAGE Faculty Associate JEFF JENKINS, Associate Professor in U.Va’s Department of Politics, will moderate.
