On October 11, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., sessions on "Immigration Reform: Historical, Legislative and Cultural Context;" "Workplace and Border Security;" and "Implications for Electoral and Party Alignments," will feature distinguished scholars from political science, economics, and law. DAVID A. MARTIN, University of Virginia School of Law, will deliver a lunch keynote: "What an Unbroken Immigration System Would Look Like."
