Brandon Garrett, is the Roy L. and Rosamond Woodruff Morgan Professor of Law at the University of Virginia where he teaches criminal procedure, wrongful convictions, habeas corpus, corporate crime, civil rights, and constitutional law. Garrett is also the author of Too Big to Jail (2014) and Convicting the innocent: Where Criminal Prosecutions Go Wrong (2011).
