Meeting with Unidentified Staff Member—December 21, 1949

The first ten minutes of this recording are without conversation. Background noises such
as papers shuffling, someone writing, a chair squeaking are the only distinguishable
sounds. Near the end of the recording Eisenhower is heard speaking to a staff member.
Their conversation is very brief and the staff member's comments are unintelligible.
