Rose Marie Owen is Executive Assistant to the Director and CEO. Ms. Owen joined the Miller Center in April 2006. Before coming to the Center, she worked as a lobbyist and managed government relations plans for law firms and other national companies. In the 1980s Ms. Owen worked for three administrations in the Virginia Governor’s policy office. Ms. Owen holds a B.A. degree in English from Wake Forest University.
